It is time once again to drop the cross-hairs on the art contest and pull the trigger. You guys kicked Blake this year! It was awesome. Seriously, all 6 entrants did a great job on your entries and I really enjoyed what you submitted... so much so that I even brought in Randall Bills and Loren Coleman to check 'em out and argue about whose images they liked best. Banter ensued, challenges were yelled, a call to arms and a Trial of Refusal later -- and I am pleased to announce this year's winner to be Jots' image titled "Start her up, they're inside already!"

Honorable mention goes also out to Jamie MacDonald's "Hunted" which had a fantastic composition, and Timothy Waddell's "Maria" which was just really cool.

As all three images were so well done I have decided to extend the prize of working on a canon BattleTech product to all three of you. (Oh no way - that's even better than Oprah!) If the three of you will please email me your names and email addresses directly I'll get the process started of lining up a slot for you in the upcoming product line.

Congratulations to the winners and THANK YOU to all the participants. Kevin, Richard, Victor - your images were great fun and I was really impressed across the board. If you guys would like to email me directly I will happily offer a little art direction on a few tweaks and maybe we can get you guys in on the upcoming canon work too. (Yep, I'm serious.)
